Ms. Xu is currently a professor in the School of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, and a recipient of the National Young Scholars Program. He is a recipient of the National NSF CAREER Award and Tenured Associate Prof. of the University of South Carolina. Engaged in wireless network security and privacy research for many years, research projects include industrial control network security, wireless blocking attacks, wireless sensor networks. Presided over a number of US National Fund research projects. The incumbent includes several international journal editorial boards, such as EURASIP Journal on Information Security and Ad Hoc & Sensor Wireless Networks, and serves on several occasions as a member of the International Academic Committee's Program Committee and Chair. He has published nearly 50 journals and conference papers (including the top four conferences in the field of security), and published one academic monograph, with a total of 3,000 citations (Google Scholar).
